Play Bay is the eSports and gaming centre in the heart of Hamburg and Norderstedt! 

Here you can play together with friends or take your eSports career to a whole new level with your team. Play Bay is a unique place where there is no room for toxic players and where respectful and fair interaction with each other counts. Play Bay offers a fast-growing eSports community and ensures that like-minded people come together, gaming enthusiasts pursue their hobby and friendships are formed. 

Rules

PC utilisation
1. Setting up PCs is always a time-consuming process. Please do not uninstall any pre-installed programmes (Steam, Valorant, etc.). If a programme interferes with another programme, let us know and we will find a solution.
2. Cheats are and remain uncool. So don't install them in the first place.
3. Do not tamper with the hardware or the Windows system. Please report any problems
4. Chocolate, salt and fats can only be removed from the periphery in a suboptimal way. Please do us a favour and do not eat over the periphery.

Leaving the room
 1. When you leave the location, please check that all windows are closed.
 2. Please also switch off the TVs overnight.
 3. If you have bottles, please put them on a table in your room.

Internet 
1. WIFI is for free. Just ask us for the password.
2. You use the internet at your own risk.

Kitchen
1. Food and drinks are the most important things during the day. You are welcome to use our kitchen.
2. Please put your used crockery in the dishwasher.

Cleaning
1. Nobody likes to clean, we know that. Nevertheless, please leave the room tidy on the day of departure.
2. If you do not leave the room tidy, we will unfortunately have to charge you a cleaning fee of 100€. 

Smoking
1. Smoking is prohibited in the location.
2. If you want to smoke, you are welcome to do so in the garden.
